**LUG'S GARAGE WARRANTY POLICY**

12-Month / 12,000-Mile Limited Warranty

This Auto Repair Warranty Policy ("Warranty") is provided by **Lug's Garage** ("Company") and applies to repairs and services performed by Lug's Garage for a period of **12 months or 12,000 miles**, whichever comes first, from the date of service.

1. Warranty Coverage

This Warranty covers:

- Parts and labor for repairs and services     performed by the Lug's Garage.

- Defects in workmanship or materials for the covered repairs.

2. Warranty Exclusions**

This Warranty does **NOT** cover:

- Repairs performed by any party other than Lug's Garage.

- Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

- Normal wear-and-tear items such as tires, brake pads, belts, filters, and fluids.

- Subsequent damage caused by failure to properly maintain the vehicle.

- Pre-existing conditions or unrelated issues.

3. Warranty Claim Process

To file a claim under this Warranty:

1. Contact Lug's Garage at (765)415-4590 or info@lugsgarage.com before any further repairs are made.

2. Bring the vehicle to Lug's Garage for inspection.

3. Lug's Garage will determine whether the repair is covered under this Warranty.

4. If covered, Lug's Garage will repair or replace defective parts at no additional cost to the customer.

4. Limitations of Liability

- Lug's Garage is **not** liable for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of vehicle use.

- Warranty coverage is limited to the original customer and is **non-transferable**.

- Lug's Garage reserves the right to refuse coverage if the vehicle has been tampered with or repaired by unauthorized parties.

5. Additional Terms

- This Warranty is valid **only** for repairs performed at **Lug's Garage** and does not apply to repairs made elsewhere.

- This Warranty provides specific legal rights, and additional rights may be available under state law.
