But we can assist by picking up and dropping off your vehicle, or utilizing our loaner car. We have limited spots available each day, so book today! How our online booking works:
- Select Your Preferred Time & Book – Book an appointment at a time that works for you.
- Confirmation – We’ll confirm your appointment via email or text within 15 min.
- Drop-Off – Bring your car in at the scheduled time, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you need to drop off earlier, we offer a dropbox for your convenience.
- Updates – We’ll keep you informed on the progress and let you know when your car is ready. If you can't pick up prior to close, we have a lockbox where you can pick up your keys securely, with a custom code sent to your phone or email.
- Questions - If you have any questions or concerns regarding the process, please call or email us! If you don't see a service that applies to your situation or a time slot that works, please call or email! We will do our best to accommodate you.

We recommend Paddack's Towing Services. In our experience, they are highly skilled drivers who are courteous and efficient! You can reach them at 317-896-3206 or at www.PaddacksTransport.com.
We do not have any direct association with Paddack's. We just like the service they provide!
Here are some scenarios in which you may need their services:
If your car overheats, turn off the engine and let it cool down for at least 30 minutes. Then, check the coolant level and add more if necessary. If the problem persists, bring your car in for a diagnostic check. We suggest towing your vehicle to the shop to prevent further engine damage.
If your car dies while driving and won't re-start, we suggest moving your car to the safest place possible and calling a towing service. Safety first!

I can’t say enough good things about Lugs Garage in Arcadia! From the moment I walked in, Mel was super friendly, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable on any vehicle. She took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicles and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. The work was done quickly and at a great price, and my trucks have been running great ever since. It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic these days, but Lugs has definitely earned my trust, and ongoing service. Highly recommend Her for any repair or maintenance needs!
